Service Manager-Truck Shop
OVERVIEW
Supervise the daily shop service repair operations of our Truck repair business.
RESPONSIBILITIES
? Coach staff and manage resources to achieve company goals in the areas of employee and customer satisfaction, market share and profitability
? Supervision of shop cleanliness and safety
? Hands-on training and assistance for shop technicians
? Insure safety policies and procedures in the shop
? On call duties for all product lines
REQUIREMENTS
High school or equivalent education required.
Three (3) year repair experience with truck (preferably Caterpillar) engine lines.
Two years prior supervisory experience in a truck or automobile service shop.
Excellent computer skills.
Interpersonal skills to interface with customers, employees, and other departments.
Current drivers license with a clean driving record.
