Service Technician/ Copier Technician

Kyocera technology includes award winning document solutions for digital printing, color laser printing, scanning, forms creation and electronic document storage. As a service technician/ copier technician, you will serve business customers by installing and servicing Kyocera systems and solutions to a diverse base of commercial, educational, and/or government accounts.



Duties:

? Install systems, software, and products at customer locations; install equipment; program systems; complete testing

? Maintain systems and products by responding to emergency service requests; conduct tests; diagnose problems; complete repairs, maintain good customer relationships

? Maintain records by properly documenting system repairs and upgrades

? Comply with specifications by adhering to standard operation procedures

? Keep all equipment in proper working order including managing breakdowns; monitoring supplies; performing preventive maintenance; scheduling repairs, maintaining accurate parts inventory

? Continuously update job knowledge by completing required training and re-certification; participating in educational opportunities; reading technical material

Skills/Qualifications:



If you have the following qualifications, we want to hear from you:

? 2+ years of mid- to high-level technical knowledge gained through completion of manufacture training and/or an accredited technical training institution

? Ability to manage a territory, inventory and good customer relationships

? Team player with a positive, winning attitude

? NET + certification required; MCSE or equivalent preferred

? Valid driver?s license
