Specialized Service Consultant - Repairs

As a Specialized Service Consultant - Repairs,you will be responsible for providing oversight to the specialized service center function of complex repairs, while serving as a resource for equipment problems to local and, in some cases, regional Service Consultants. Additionally, you will troubleshoot equipment problems and perform complex repairs to maintain medical equipment to KCI standards.



Requirements
Two Years comparable service experience required.
High School Diploma or GED required.
Additional coursework in Mechanical or Electrical Technology is a plus.
Driving experience, including a satisfactory driving record required.
Strong Mechanical Aptitude is a plus.
Warehouse experience preferred.
Customer Service experience preferred.
Previous experience in a hospital setting is a plus.
Ability to lift 75 lbs.
Ability to work extended workweek, including some evenings and weekend.
