Sprinkler Service Manager

  SUMMARY SimplexGrinnell is a global leader in the sales, design, manufacture, installation, and service of networked and integrated Fire Alarm, Fire Sprinkler, Fire Suppression, Security, and Communications systems. Our continued success and growth has produced a need for a Sprinkler Construction Manager in our East Berlin, CT office.

Responsibilities:
Manage the Fire Sprinkler Installation business in CT. Responsibilities include hiring, training and motivating a staff of apprentices and sprinkler fitters, establishing productivity costs estimates on projects, assigning projects to Foreman, exceeding customer expectations, job costing, and departmental financials. Successful candidate will report directly to the Operations Manager.

Minimum Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's Degree, preferably in a business or engineering discipline or equivalent experience.
2. Able to submit monthly, quarterly and yearly budget numbers for district annual budget.
3. Knowledge of Job Costing, Job Design and ACE..
4. Be able to demonstrate the following:
