Engaged in information system design, development, and analysis encompassing one or more of the following areas of technical expertise: programming, PC application analysis, software, development, system integration, and related disciplines. Maintains smooth operation of a multi-user computer system, including local area networks. Duties may include setting up user accounts, maintaining documentation and installing system-wide software and allocation of mass storage space. Coordinates customer?s electronic office systems activities which may include Desktop computers, client servers, electronic mail, on-line and internet resources, local area networks and wide area networks, and standard software products. Interacts with end-users and analyzes vendor products. Resposible for all aspects of moves, adds, and changes to the desktop and server. Develops and monitors policies and standards for allocation and use of office automation equipment and resources.

Bachelor's Degree plus 14 years IT experience?..? Senior level experience in network design, development and analysis
? Senior level experience in desktop hardware installation and configuration.
? Senior level experience in Desktop OS installation and configuration.
? Certified in Windows 2000XP Professional.
? Proficient in end-user support and administration in Windows NT, Window 2000 and Windows 2003 environments inclusive of Active Directory user, workstation and server administration, Access Control assignment and delegation, GPO development, administration and implementation.
? Proficient in Microsoft Office and BackOffice technologies and products inclusive of configuration, administrative and troubleshooting functions and methods.
? Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office productions, specifically Excel, Access, Project and Visio.
? Proficient in the use of Electronic Software Distribution products such as SMS, LANDesk and Altiris and the development, maintenance, scheduling and distribution of associated software distribution packages as well as Hardware and Software inventory methods and procedures for execution and reporting.
? Proficient in the use of Scripting languages and tools as well as Visual Basic and or other program languages to aid in developing, customizing and/or enhancing administration support functions a plus.
