Supervise daily work activities of Comm Techs to include Broadband; ensuring work is completed correctly and in a timely and efficient manner.

Provide guidance and direction on installation and service requiring special attention and follow through to acceptable level of completion.

Support organizational and departmental goals to meet financial and operational needs.

Establish procedures for efficient and proper installs, quality control, and repair services to meet NCTA standards.

Direct, supervise and coordinate all installs with contractors and in-house employees.

Monitor return of cash and equipment from field techs.

Conduct employee performance evaluations.

Provide solutions for improving the operations and resolving customer problems.

Inspect daily work orders completed by Comm Techs.

Verify all invoices.

Coordinate the training of personnel in proper work methods, quality standards and subscriber relations.

Appraise performance and recommend disciplinary actions as required.

Coordinate quality control review of contract labor and verify authenticity for work billed.

Maintain effective employee relations among personnel.

Assure that vehicles and equipment are maintained in clean safe condition and that employees are instructed in proper use of PPE.

Maintain logs and records as required.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
??????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????High School diploma or equivalent. Plus two years technical school or the equivalent in work experience and self-study.

EXPERIENCE:
