Technical Maintenance

 

In this role, you will maintain facilities and grounds, and perform minor maintenance tasks. Specific duties include performing custodial duties for the buildings and grounds, landscaping (mowing grass, maintaining flowerbeds, etc.) and minor repair work such as plumbing, electrical, painting, sheetrock, etc. Move furniture and equipment as required and report identified repairs and supply needs.

 

Requires a high school diploma, the ability to lift 50 lbs., minimum of 3 years experience in maintenance or construction, and fundamental knowledge of H.V.A.C., electrical systems and plumbing.
