Temp. Maintenance Clerk

Job Description

Major Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will assist the Maintenance Supervisors at the Concentrator Division by providing real-time information and performing various clerical duties including data entry; preparing correspondence, reports and spreadsheets; filing, copying and interacting effectively with a variety of people and teams. Responsibilities will include inputting time/attendance and documenting/distributing operator daily inspection lists. The successful candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills; proper telephone and radio etiquette; the ability to work effectively in a team-based environment, handle multiple tasks simultaneously and keep the strictest confidentiality. Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

- Previous secretarial and/or clerical experience.
- Proficient using Microsoft based software (Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent safety record.

Criteria/Conditions(specific background and skills):

- Limited lifting up to 25 pounds.
- Must be able to operate vehicle (pick-up truck).
