VOIP Technician

Our Operations team is currently looking for a qualified VOIP Technician to do the following:

 

- Handle VOIP (Voice Over Internet Protocol) installations

- Attend to service calls

- Train technicians as the business grows

- Assist Operations with payphone service calls

 

To be successful in this position, the following skills/qualifications are needed:

- Strong communication skills, both oral and written

- Computer experience

- Knowledge of VOIP technology a plus.

- Clean DMV and ability to pass a background check
