This job is targeted to an individual who is a trusted advisor to sales teams and customers around the Datastage TX solution and technology. Worldwide experience a plus. The candidate must have demonstrated leadership in the following areas. 1) Successful technical sales engagements -demonstrate your leadership in solving a customer problem, applying the
technology and eliminating technical barriers to win deals. 2) Demonstrate enablement skills; where you can teach and enable individuals while in the process of selling, as well as construct collateral and build dedicated enablement sessions where you teach a technical sales community. 3) Have demonstrated strong brand presence and as a trusted advisor help steer product requirements towards customers needs. Job is a WW in scope with WW travel required, hence resident location can be anywhere in North America.
Major Field of Study: Comptuer Science or related technical field. Requirements include:
Datastage TX Extender for Message Broker; Datastage TX Transformation; Datastage TX Event Server; WebSphere ESB; WebSphere Message Broker; Industry Solution fit for Datastage TX; Demonstration and Presentation Skills; Datastage TX Industry Packs; Candidate would have 3+ years experienced demonstrated in 1 or more of these areas: Consistent year on year technical sales success. Demonstrated enablement experience specifically to those with lesser skills. Demonstrated and specific examples of concise and constructive feedback for brand development of capabilities required in order to better advance the technology solution to our customers needs.
