 JOB DESCRIPTION:Day to day servicing of assigned accounts, backing up and assisting the lead account manager including certificates, binders, renewals, etc. Prompt, accurate and courteous service/communication to clients, account executives, partners, and insurance companies Maintaining information in Applied management system

 

QUALIFICATIONS:Experience working in a brokerage on commercial lines accounts  Insurance P&C license in good standing Computer literate and proficient with agency management software (Applied).  TAM experience a plus  Strong knowledge of insurance terminology, coverages, policies and proceduresExcellent written and oral communication skillsAbility to work independently and to prioritize workload
