ACCOUNT MANAGER - COMMERCIAL

The Insurance Office of America is looking for a motivated individual, who is eager to join the staff of a growing insurance agency.  A summary of the major responsibilities of a Commercial Lines Account Manager within our agency include:Receiving calls from clients and servicing clients in a timely manner.Assisting Agents with new and existing clients as needed on complex accounts.Initiating the renewal process and performing marketing responsibilities, including all steps from preparing a submission to proposing and binding coverage as needed.Reviewing processed policies prior to releasing to the client.

 Requirements for this position are:Possession of a valid 220 license.Experience of 5 or more years as a CSR or Account Manager.A detail and deadline oriented personality.Computer skills to include Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and AMS.Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi task.
