ASSOCIATE ACCOUNT MANAGER ? COMMERCIAL ACCOUNTS

 

 IPS has an order to fill an excellent position for a Property-Casualty Associate Account Manager to handle small to medium commercial accounts.  This small 15 person agency is privately held and has earned the reputation for delivering highly personalized service.  The successful candidate will be well versed in the types of coverages and possess strong interpersonal skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES:Prepare submissions and market new and renewal business with ProducersCommunicate directly with underwriters and clientsProvide quotations, check rating calculations, check policy coverages and prepare proposalsProcess invoicing, audits and monthly reports 

 

QUALIFICATIONS: 3+ years experience in an insurance brokerage or insurance company, possibly as a junior underwriter, assistant account manager or an account tech.Excellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work well as part of a team ? strong interpersonal skillsExperience with AMSValid California Insurance license
