ASSOCIATE MARKETING MANAGER

The position is located in South Barrington, IL.

 

The purpose of the department is Grow Allstate Motor Club membership base profitably.

 

The scope of this job is Manage Key functions and projects within the department to grow revenue and memberships.

 

The individual will be responsible for:

 

1. Achieve results within Budget guidelines.

2. Manage company growth of revenue,profit and memberships vis marketing campaigns through mutli media channels.

3. Develope strategy, plan and budget for marketing initiatives.

4. Track back-end results and create reporting and analysis.

5. manage Key Functions within the department, specifics determined by MR's and PS's.

 

The skills required are:

 

1. Advanced - Direct Mail campaign functions.

2. Advanced - Telemarketing program set up.

3. Advanced - Measurement and analysis of program performance.

4. Advanced - identify opportunity areas for improvement and groth.

5. Advanced - Prepare and present presentations.

 

Experience Required:

8-10 years.

 

Computer Proficiency:

Microsoft Office.

 

Education:

College Degree  - Preferred

Major preference: Marketing.
