Description:
This position is responsible for directing the overall claims business functions of the Service Center based upon the DBG Primary Claims mission statement and supporting goals and objectives. Additional responsibilities include ensuring adherence to statutory requirements, implementing and monitoring claim policies, procedures, practices and standards in accordance with company and policy standards, control reserves, claim payments, legal expenses, recoveries and operating expenses, as well as to function as a leader, coach and mentor to both service center and unit personnel to ensure accomplishment of the desired business culture.
