General Summary

 

Provides clerical support to the Broking staff so they may provide a high level of service on existing accounts & produce new business at an optimal level.

Essential Functions

 

?  Enter and revise information in the Account & Policy Management System (WinBroker).

?  Create policy files and make sure all documents are in the file according to company standards; communicate with agents to acquire necessary documents

?  Prepare policies for  issuance

?  Issue endorsements to policies and invoices

?  Request & forward loss runs

?  Report claims/follow up on claims

?  Review & prioritize incoming mail

?  Handle service calls from agents

?  File surplus lines taxes

?  Reconcile Accounts Receivable & accounting differences

?  Prepare routine correspondence, records and reports, and perform general office tasks
