Duties and Responsibilities:

? Prospect & solicit potential clients.

? Identify & underwrite risk exposures.

? Rate quote by coverage, products & exposure basis.

? Conduct personal interviews & physical inspections of property exposures.

? Establish credibility & a positive working relationship with company underwriters.

? Provide timely, quality service to clients in coordination with the Customer Service Department.

? Act in an honest, ethical manner with respect to premium received, coverage bound, & underwriting criteria.

Requirements:

? A four year degree is preferred but will consider equivalent work experience.

? 1 ? 3 years outside sales experience including generating leads and closing sales.

? A demonstrated pattern of success in sales and/or marketing.

? An interest in entrepreneurial sales activities including building a client base.

? The ability to work independently
