GENERAL DESCRIPTION:  

Outbound Business to Business and Business to Consumer Sales via phone for Fraud Protection Company products and services in the United States.  Must be able to work in a team-oriented environment to deliver measurable results.  Must be comfortable working in a quota driven environment and working under deadlines. Professionally champion the message of the client while representing Sutherland.  Deliver desired results in the highest quality manner with a strong attention to detail. Actively contribute to achieve stated goals and objectives.   SPECIFIC JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Place outbound calls via a dialer to business and consumer contacts and complete the sales cycleEmphasize saleable features of the products and services and speak to the features and benefits for the customerUpdate required customer relationship management software as necessarySelling is the primary function of this position, however strong customer service skills are desirableTo meet or exceed client requirements for deliverable output as defined by Intersections and Sutherland EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:Fluent in written and spoken American English and Spanish6+ months successful sales experienceGeneral Computer skillsPC/Microsoft Office literateA ?metrics? driven individual who is comfortable having their job performance tied to productivity and sales numbers.Strong typing and reading comprehension skills  Ability to demonstrate strong verbal and written business communication.
