ClearPoint, LP, an Employee Benefits Brokerage in downtown Seattle, has an opening for a full-time Account Associate, supporting an Account Director within our Account Management team. 

 

We are seeking a professional, motivated individual who is looking for a position with growth potential.  Duties will include: internal management of the client renewal process, maintaining appropriate documentation and organizing data, producing client reports, developing employee communication pieces, and assisting with the ongoing management of our clients? benefit programs.  A strong candidate will be detail oriented and have the following qualifications: 1+ year(s) in employee benefits, proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), strong written and verbal communication skills, the ability to manage multiple ongoing projects and accurately type at 40 wpm. 

 

Additional desirable qualifications include a college degree, a project management certification and a working knowledge of state and federal compliance issues (COBRA, HIPAA, etc.).
