ArchPoint Insurance Services, LLC is a firm that provides advice and services to clients on the selection of insurance products; including implementation, pricing, performance measurement and integration within wealth plan structures.  We are currently looking for a candidate to fill a new position in either our Lodi, CA office or our Oregon City, OR office.
 
Job Description:
The ideal candidate will provide sales, service and administrative support in underwriting of new life insurance policies and maintenance on existing policies with a special emphasis on annual reviews, project tracking and various requests from existing clients.  The ability to produce economic modeling and forecasting of various planning opportunities would be a plus.  This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is bright, self-motivated and eager to learn.

Responsibilities:
" Phone, e-mail and fax follow up on client requests, maintaining a client database and calendaring
" Anticipate client and internal project work flow
" Communicate promptly with clients on a regular basis regarding status of underwriting or service
" Coordinate and be proactive with all parties to ensure timeliness of the firm's work product for all client matters
" Prepare correspondence for communication to clients and carriers including delivery letters

Minimum Qualifications:
" Working knowledge of PC's and related software applications, specifically Microsoft Office. 
" 2 - 5 years previous experience in life insurance/securities policy management preferred, but willing to train the right candidate.
