Our Client, a retail broker in Northbrook IL, has a Permanent (Direct Hire) opportunity for a Account Manager Assistant at their firm.

The primary responsibilities include, but are not limited too:

Provide Client support services Process endorsements and policy reviews initiation of renewal activities including issuance of certificates of insurance, preparation of binders, invoice processing and creation of schedules of insurance Assist in application submission, summarization of loss, risk exposure and review of audits Provide support for new business and development

The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years in the insurance field, ideally in brokerage, a valid Illinois Brokers License, a degree or equivalent experience, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) experience with Applied System, and strong attention to detail.Ability to communicate both written and oral is a must.
