Account Manager Key Responsibilities:

 

 We are currently seeking an Employee Benefits Account Manager to join our team located in Jacksonville, Florida. Work with Account Directors and Account Executives in a team environment.  Interact with clients to provide daily program servicing and client relationship management.  Participate with the account team to conduct audit of master policy, risk assessments, program audits and coverage analysis. Coordinate the communication of program alternatives and manage the underwriting submission process.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

 

Minimum of 3 - 5 years employee benefits insurance experience.A strong working knowledge of group coverages, products and usages is essential along with an ability to interpret contract provisions. Organizational and time management skills required prioritizing client service requirements. Demonstrated professional, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to achieve unique client objectives. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills to interact with clients, carriers, and associates at all levels of responsibility.
