Actuarial Analyst

Minimum education required: Bachelor's degree (Mathematics or Actuarial Sciences degree preferred)

Minimum work experience required: Preferred 3-5 years in a retirement consulting environment

Special skills required: Spreadsheet skills. Familiarity with database tools. Good computer literacy. Logical thinking and able to work in a technical environment. Must be attentive to detail and work autonomously to deadlines.

Description of duties & responsibilities: Assist consultant by completion of actuarial studies in connection with pension plans and retiree medical programs. Work on a team responsible for data processing and validation, programming of plan provisions into valuation software, interpretation of results and completion of required reports.
