Actuarial Analyst (Job Family)-19453

Responsible for completing projects and performing complex actuarial studies. Essential duties to include, but are not limited to: Obtains, verifies, analyzes and models data including risk reporting and forecasting. Calculates monthly claims liability reserves, develops merit rating factors and prepares Department of Insurance annual statement exhibits. Performs other duties as assigned.

Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year related experience required. Typically has passed at least 2 exams and has at least 60 credits. Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills. Strong PC skills and good planning and organizing skills.
