Conduct experience reviews and new products or new account pricing for Extended Service Contracts (ESCs).  Assist in new product development. Varied analytical and statistical assignments.

 

Work closely with sales force, IT and claims departments to ensure accurate and profitable results.

 

Develop and enhance procedures including review for actuarial soundness.  Analyze completed work for reasonableness and accuracy, and may recommend specific courses of action.  Work with internal warranty computer systems.

 

This position will support primarily the international companies of Assurant Solutions.

 

Pursuit of actuarial exams will be supported and encouraged.

 

Some travel may be required.



Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Finance, or Statistics.

Qualified candidates will have preferably passed one Actuarial exam.

2-3 years of actuary experience preferred. 

Proficiency in Excel and Access. 

Bi-lingual is a plus.
