Description:
AIG Personal Lines Claims, a member of American International Group, Inc. (AIG), an international insurance and financial services organization, has an Administrative Coordinator II opportunity located in Alpharetta, GA.

What you will do:

-Provide administrative support to a Senior Executive of Personal Lines Claims.
-Collect, analyze and prepare data from various sources for reports, presentations and summaries.
-Facilitate management meeting updates/setups/agendas.
-Manage calendars, travel coordination, vouchers and expense reports.
-Other administrative duties as needed.

What we require:

-Previous experience as an administrative assistant required, including three to four years, college degree preferred.
-Extensive proficiency in MS Office products, specifically Outlook, Excel, Access and Powerpoint required; additional IT experience preferred.
-Excellent organizational and communication skills required, attention to detail and follow up.
-Ability to work in a team environment in conjunction with all areas of the organization; demonstrate initiative to proactively solve administrative related issues with minimal supervision.
