Description:
Responsible for the day to day management of administrative staff including employee development, retention and performance.
Asset procurement, management and inventory control.
Preparation, analysis, monitoring and management of all financial information in accordance with AIG expense policy including but not limited to: development and monitoring of expense control programs and accounts payable.
Approval and processing of all operating expenses.
Ad-hoc reporting as necessary

Manage central support operations for the office, as required, including:
Facilities coordination, purchasing, telephone programming, reception, LAN/systems back-up

Business continuity and Disaster Recovery plan, act as business systems administrator, security reports, compliance, timekeeping, report administration.

Special projects as assigned.
