Allied Insurance seeks an Administrative Support Coordinator to work out of its Sacramento office.


JOB SUMMARY: Primary job duty includes dispatching Property/Material Damage Claims to Claims Professionals. Coordinates technical and administrative support functions for the departments. Gathers and coordinates statistical data, prepares summary reports, maintains support procedures, and coordinates administration of department function(s) with other areas. Provides clerical/secretarial support as assigned.

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Experience: Four years in general office environment that includes writing, proofreading, mathematics and data analysis, and personal computing and corresponding software.

Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills for internal/external contacts. Organizational skills for project coordination. Ability to operate personal computer and related business software.

Working Conditions: General office environment. Frequent periods of sitting/keying at PC. Light lifting for file storage. Possible extended work hours for project deadlines.
