Agency Operations Officer - Albany

The Agency Operations Officer will be responsible for: managing and maintaining all agency production; supervising personnel; and assisting in creating business development strategies. Other duties will include: assisting in preparing an annual budget as well as development of timely and appropriate financial reports; implementing adequate financial controls and following appropriate financial procedures; developing and maintaining a positive relationship and referral network from owner banks, non-owner banks, attorneys, mortgage lenders, builders and realtors; maintaining awareness of market area; and joining/participating in professional organizations associated with the mortgage lending and real estate industry.



Qualified candidates will have 5 or more years experience in title insurance, mortgage banking, and/or real estate closings. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills are essential.
