Agent Financial Services Representative

Job Responsibilities:

Provide customer service to agents regarding commission earnings and other related financial activity.  Process financial transactions and work requests impacting agent commission statements.  This includes posting return commission checks, processing commission adjustments, policy level research, 1099 processing, collections of return commission and account reconciliations.

 

Knowledge & Skills:

-  This level of knowledge is normally aquired through 3+ years equivalent work experience in customer service.  College degree and Accounting experience preferred.

-  Strong communication and relationship skills.

-  Ability to multi task a variety of customer service and financial oriented tasks.

-  Self motivated.

-  Able to use critical thinking processes to determine and follow through on the best solution for accounting, billing and customer service issues.

-  Proven ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced and team spirited environment.

-  Willing to work overtime as needed.

-  Proficient in Excel and beginner Access.
