Appraisal Service Team - Claims Adjuster

Description:
Audit repair shop estimates utilizing a computer estimating system and contact repair shops to negotiate an agreed-upon repair price. Audit independent appraisers and Direct Repair Shop estimates for accuracy and adherence to company Best Practices guidelines. Documenting claim file to meet company compliance guidelines. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
A Bachelors or technical Associates degree is strongly preferred, or relevant equivalent work experience. Previous insurance auto estimating or collision repair management experience is required. Must possess excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills and an excellent work ethic. Strong negotiation skills are required. Must be able to work independently but also contribute in a team environment. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast paced environment are required. General computer proficiency and keyboarding skills are also required. Bi-lingual skills a plus.
