Description:
You will be responsible for review of recovery files referred by the recovery unit personnel to determine if arbitration is feasible; review assigned files for adequacy of investigation and recognition of recovery potential; complete inter-company arbitration filings to include auto, property, PIP and special arbitration; prepare complete and detailed narrative of contentions to support our claim; review incoming mail pertinent to counterclaims, respondent contentions and decisions.

The qualified candidate will have previous claims handling experience along with excellent organizational and communications skills. Subrogation experience a plus.
