Assistant Account Manager

We currently have an opening for an Assistant Account Manager. This position is responsible for technical and administrative support to our Account Managers and Account Executives.

 

The responsibilities for this position include assisting with preparation of specifications, proposals, and summaries (e.g., entering applications in APPLIED, photocopying, collating, binding, faxing, etc.) In addition, the AAM processes change requests, verifies the accuracy of endorsements and premium audits. The individual will also prepare and distribute Auto ID cards, order reports as directed and conduct initial policy checking. CIC is a paperless environment using the APPLIED System agency software.

 

Education & Experience:

The successful candidate will have a high school diploma with some college course work and a minimum 2 years experience in a client service environment preferably in the insurance industry.  Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.  Strong computer skills are essential including a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. You must currently be licensed or willing to become licensed. CIC will assist you with the licensing process.
