The following opportunityy is currently available in our White Plains, NY Location:

Assistant Account Manager - Responsibilities will include assisting and supporting Associate Account Managers, Team Leaders, Commercial Division Manager in providing required service for accounts handled by team, and assist with other functions as directed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Check policies
Endorsements
Audits and other policy documents as directed
Assist in the preparation of specifications, applications, proposals, binders, and invoices
Follow up with insurance company underwriters and clients on day to day issues as directed
Maintain customer records in the agency management system (Sagitta), currency of open binders, handle correspondence and renewal information regarding all policies as directed
Prepare letters, insurance schedules, automobile ID Cards and certificates of insurance
Perform other specific duties and projects as assigned

Qualifications:
Must be very organized with good math, written and oral communication, as well as technical skills.

Education and/or Experience:
Minimum 2 years experience in insurance business preferred.  High school diploma, college degree preferred.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
Property-Casualty agent's/broker's license desired, but not required.

Other Skills and Abilities:
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Word)
