Assistant Claims Manager

Assistant Claims Manager - P & C Department

 

Insurance Company seeks highly motivated individual for an Assistant Claims Manager position.  The qualified individual must develop and implement policies and procedures for the handling of Property and Casualty claims.  Keep track of performance levels of the department, including production figures and customer service issues. Assist Claims Supervisor with the technical matters and the handling of complex claims. Monitor the handling of legal claims. 

Work experience consists of ten or more years in  P&C claims field.  Experience on Florida regulations and claims handling requirements for PIP,BI,PD,UM,Property and GL claims. Proficient in computer systems, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Power Point). Experience in supervision of claims personnel.  Legal and claims handling experience a must. Must possess the Florida Adjuster's License-(All Lines). Additional Professional certifications preferred.
