Our APD Claims Representatives:

? Inspect damaged vehicles and determine claims related damage, estimate the cost of repairs or replacement of damaged vehicles, identify subrogation rights, establish damages, report status, and negotiate settlements

? Work closely with the insured, claimants and body and repair shops

 

Qualifications:

 

Four-year college degree or an automotive related Associate of Applied Science degree from an accredited technical college; or two years working as a manager, assistant manager or lead estimator in an auto body repair facility

Spanish Speaking skills preferred

Minimum 1 year work experience in a customer service and/or insurance position

Excellent customer service and communication skills and sound judgment and decision making skills

Valid driver's license, bondable, computer proficiency

 

Must pass pre-employment assessments and be able to attend a 3 week off-site training course
