You will direct the adjustment and administration of auto property damage claims including conducting case reviews of 5-6 direct reports, and working directly in the adjustment of complex or unusual claims. To qualify, you must have 2-3 years supervisory experience in a paperless claims file environment, along with 3-5 years in a leadership role. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, plus strong interpersonal, analytical and decision making abilities are essential. This position requires a 4-year college degree.
