Auto Damage Claims Representatives

We are looking for Liability and Auto Physical Damage Representatives to handle claims in the Phoenix/Mesa area.

APD Claims Representatives:

? Inspect damaged vehicles and determine claims related damage, estimate the cost of repairs or replacement of damaged vehicles, identify subrogation rights, establish damages, report status, and negotiate settlements (has authority to make payment of assigned claims within prescribed limits).

? Work closely with the insured, claimants and body and repair shops

 

Qualifications:

Bachelor?s Degree, insurance and/or customer service experience

Excellent customer service and communication skills, sound judgment and decision making skills

Valid driver's license

 

Must pass pre-employment test and be able to attend a 3 week off-site training course

 

Computer proficiency

Spanish Language Skills a plus
