Bilingual Claim Office Adjuster, Trainee

In this position, you will receive approximately 10 weeks of comprehensive classroom training where you will learn how to investigate, evaluate and negotiate auto accident claims in a fast-paced, multi-task environment. Required qualifications: 1) completed Bachelor?s degree from an accredited institution or 1+ year equivalent auto liability claims handling experience, 2) strong customer service background, 3) outstanding communication skills, 4) problem-solving & multi-task capabilities with sound business judgment, and 5) good driving record. Bilingual Spanish fluency is highly desirable.
