Branch Manager

Cunningham Lindsey, an International Independent Adjusting Company, has an immediate opening for Branch Manager position of our Richmond, VA and Norfolk, VA office. The chosed candidate will be domiciled in the Richmond, VA area. We are looking for a person with a minimum of 3 ? 5 years experience handling property and casualty claims in the field. Previous management experience, while not necessarily required, is certainly beneficial. Job responsibilities include monitoring product and service, staff training and development, sales development, financial overview, administrative responsibilities, as well as handling files. Ideal candidate will be an independent, self motivated individual with an entrepreneurial spirit responsible for consistently delivering high quality service and to grow the Branch operation. The ability to handle property and casualty files in the field is required as well as supervisory responsibilities. Position includes a competitive salary, a complete benefits package and a company car or car allowance.
