Business Analyst/Claims Manager

We are seeking a Business Analyst Claims Manager to play a key role in the strategic development of the company. This individual will drive productivity and quality, ensure turnaround time and quality requirements are met, and provide leadership, coaching and assessments of associates. He/she will also be responsible for financial planning and performance with regard to the department budgets. He/she will participate on project and product teams to improve productivity and business results and will ensure effective communication between IT and operations.

The successful candidate will possess the following:

*Bachelor's degree

*Minimum three years management experience, preferably in health insurance business

*Financial planning experience

*Experience providing leadership to department of 15 or more

*Strong technology experience

*Proven track record in successful metrics establishment and management

*Proven management of successful customer relationships (internal and external)

*Superior oral, written and presentation skills

*Strong leadership abilities

*Ability to develop and maintain strong internal relationships

*Ability to manage claims and repricing processes and system, including technology and metrics management.
