Job Summary:
This in the highest level analyst job. Performs all functions of business analysis for both manual and automated processes within the scope of the Knowledge Management Initiatives. In addition, supports the Underwriting Knowledge management applications which entail non-technical site support, content development and organization, reporting responsibilities and communications. This person will work closely with Knowledge Management content Managers across the Enterprise.
Job Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree or equivalent
6 or more years of related experience.
1. Minimum 6 years experience in business analysis, preferably in commercial insurance.
2. Experience developing written and verbal communications required, Intranet or "Knowledge Sharing" application content publication preferred.
3. Experience in PC and Intranet environments with experience in insurance operations/underwriting beneficial.
4. Excellent analytical and planning skills necessary with ability to effectively manage changing priorities.
