Business Analyst (New position to improve sales performance!)

We’ve just created a new position to spearhead the needs of our sales force, and we’re looking to fill it with an analytical and flexible thinker with a diverse background. This challenging position features a variety of tasks and great growth potential within a Fortune 100 Company. The Business Analyst will oversee multiple simultaneous projects to advance the sales department’s programs and increase sales overall. He/she will interact with many departments within the company, and will need to think outside the box to find unique solutions.


 


Key responsibilities include:



Managing projects to meet the sales team’s technological needs


Writing business requirements


Developing and tracking sales strategies

Handling other projects on an ad hoc basis



Project management or coordination experience is a must for this job, and we also require in-depth analytical experience. Computer proficiency is necessary, as is experience with financial analysis, statistical analysis, information technology and/or sales. Healthcare experience is a plus as is a degree in a related field. If you meet these criteria, and you are a good problem solver with a variety of prior work experiences, this would be the perfect position for you.
