Performance Managements Workflow Automation Team has an opening for an AWD Business Analyst. This position is responsible for overseeing the Change Control Process for AWD, assisting in the implementation of workflows in new project areas, managing the change requests for existing customers and assisting in testing when necessary. This position works with leadership in IT and Operations in order to ensure the AWD Change Control Process is strictly followed. This person will manage and track the change requests that are received from the existing customers; work with those customers to clearly identify their request and verify if those changes can or should occur within the application. In addition, this person will be involved in completing these change requests for the customers. Assisting in coding and/or testing of workflows/tables when necessary.
Consistent and timely responses to questions from the user community are also part of the daily responsibilities of the AWD Business Analyst.

Requirements:

AWD knowledge is required. An understanding of how to code Workflows and Tables in AWD is a plus. Knowledge of Change Control Processes is a plus. Ability to successfully interact with associates at all levels is required. Successful candidate should possess excel verbal and written skills, an aptitude for attention to detail and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment is required. Must be able to remain flexible as priorities change or shift.
