Business Consultant-Lotus Note

Summary of Responsibilities

 

Responsible for building, maintaining and enhancing all current and future IDI Lotus Notes Databases. Act as a Lotus Notes and Livelink subject matter expert.

 

Principal Responsibilities

 

Work with subject matter experts to create the statement of work and business requirements documents. Attain sign-off from the subject matter experts and senior management.


Build, maintain and enhance all Lotus Notes databases under the IDI umbrella.



Provide all necessary Lotus Notes training both end user and specific to the database.



Create Lotus Notes Help and About documents.



Look for opportunities to introduce LiveLink to IDI for document management and workflow.



Schedule on-going meetings and provide meeting minutes to all attendees.



Provide management with clear and concise documentation

 

Required Competencies

 

3-5 years of related Lotus Notes Application Development Experience


1-2 years of Microsoft Access experience



1-2 years of LiveLink experience and document management methodologies



Excellent knowledge of all MS XP office products



Experience in Lotus Script and VB Script



Ability to manage multiple projects



Self-starter



Excellent written and oral communication skills



Strong analytical and problem solving skills



Excellent customer focus



Ability to build effective partnerships with all users in IDI and Institutional AD
