Job Summary:

This is an intermediate level analyst position. Performs all functions of business testing and analysis for both manual and automated processes. Responsibilities include user test case development, acceptance testing and issue resolution on the business side. Coordinates test execution with business analysts and/or contract employees. Will interact with internal clients and IT personnel. Provides test summary reports and communicates to business and IT.



Job Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree or equivalent

5 or more years of related experience.

1. Minimum five years experience in business analysis performing user acceptance testing, preferably in commercial insurance.
2. Creates test plans/scripts in accordance with business requirements, test execution and analysis.
3. Experience in mainframe and PC environments with experience in insurance operations and regulatory environment beneficial. Knowledge of Zurich processing systems strongly preferred.
4. Excellent analytical and planning skills necessary with ability to effectively manage changing priorities.
5. Excel and Windows skills.
