Business Systems Analysis

We are looking for a business system analyst with expertise in imaging workflow solutions.? They should have a solid understanding of business functional areas, business management issues and data analysis.? Exceptional written and oral communication abilities are required.? Leadership, initiative and advanced computer skills, including programming experience are also very important. The ideal candidate would have experience in health care systems, particularly Claims system experience with a Blues plan.

The candidate must have experience automating and? re-engineering business processes.? They should have excellent experience with the following technologies: workflow solutions, OCR, DMS, COLD.? Of particular interest would be experience working with products by Anydoc (forms, OCR), and Vignette Systems (formerly Tower Technologies).

Duties will include:

???? Analyzing complex business problems and assessing how automated systems can be implemented to solve them

???? Formulating, defining, and documenting? the objectives and scope of business systems and work flows

???? Gathering data and analyzing business and user needs in consultation with both business managers and end-users

???? Consulting and working with internal staff members to pass on business knowledge.
