Business Unit Manager

Position is responsible for managing a business unit to successfully achieve personal and business objectives and success measurements. Partners with Senior Management to define strategic direction and business unit specific objectives.

Responsible for managing all policyholder accounts under $5,000 in standard premium in a high volume, 'production type', efficiency driven environment.

Administer and service PCA produced policies, on an as needed basis.

Total standard premium responsibility - $25 million.

Required a bachelor's degree in business or a related field.

A CPCU certification a plus.

8 - 10 years experience preferred in commercial insurance with emphasis on workers' compensation and/or casualty experience.

Some supervisory/management level experience required, preferably in a team environment.
