Responsibilities:



The Claim Service Center (CSC) in Salem is responsible for the administration of claims.  A Claim Technician receives new loss reports on auto claims reported by telephone and records then in the system, noting all pertinent information. 

Qualifications:

High school degree or equivalent

Prior customer service skills are required

PC and data entry skills

Prior experience in a call center is helpful

The ability to speak Spanish is a plus
