Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesEntering employee information received from clients into COBRA systemCreating enrollment packet for individuals qualifying for COBRACollect payments from COBRA participants and send to carriersHandling customer service inquiries from participants, clients and carriersAnswer phone calls from COBRA participants, employers and other parties regarding COBRAMonth-end and participant reconciliation'sCommunicating with vendors and clientsCommunicating with all levels of internal associates as well as managementEnsuring compliance with federal and state COBRA regulations
QualificationsBasic accounting experience and knowledgeExcellent Customer Service SkillsIntermediate excel skills- spreadsheets and basic formulasTechnical ability to use COBRA Solutions and QuickbooksAble to work positively with a team of othersMust be detail orientedMUST BE ABLE TO WORK IN A FAST-PACED ENVIRONMENT AND HAVE MULTI-TASKING SKILLS
